We offer same-day shipping Monday through Friday (except major holidays) on all FedEx Express and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery orders for which payment is completed before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Weekend FedEx orders (those completed after 11:00 a.m. Friday through 11:00 a.m. Monday), will be shipped on Monday. Occasionally, press of business or other circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from shipping the same day.
If you absolutely, positively need to have it by the next day, please contact us at 919-620-6886 to arrange rush shipping. A rush service fee may apply.
Items shipped by U.S. Postal Service may be shipped the same or following business day (Monday through Friday, except major holidays) at our discretion.
Please be aware that once we have shipped the item, delivery time is out of our control. Time of delivery can vary according to circumstances of the shipping carrier. Heavy shipping seasons, such as the December holiday season, can slow normal delivery times considerably. Currently we ship by Federal Express and U.S. Postal Service only.
Delays Due to Incomplete Billing
If your credit card payment requires additional attention to complete the payment, such as verification of your billing address, we will ship once the payment is successfully authorized through our credit service. Please be aware that any unpaid orders will be removed as inactive after 14 days. To prevent unnecessary delays, please specify your billing address as the same address at which you receive your credit card statement.
Warranty and Returns Information
Our products are guaranteed to arrive in the condition stated and will be warranted for the time period stated in the product description beginning on the day you receive the item. Some of our items are actually overstock items received from the manufacturer. We test them in-house and do our best to determine their condition prior to selling the item. However, because you are purchasing the item at a strong discount, we cannot extend the warranty to cover any possible damage caused to other components as a result of using this item. There is only a very small chance of this occurring, but if you are not willing to take even this small chance, then you may want to purchase directly from the manufacturer at their higher price in order to receive that extended coverage.
Unless otherwise stated within the product description, all of our products are covered by a 30-day warranty commencing on the date you receive the product. We provide 3 days upon receipt of your product to report any physical damage or missing items. After this period has passed, we will be unable to replace missing items or provide warranty coverage for damage, which can include but is not limited to popped off or missing keyboard keys, hard drives reporting "physical shock" when tested using drive fitness software and damaged AC adapter cables or connectors.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us beforehand to arrange for an authorized return, at which time we will issue an RMA number ("Return Merchandise Authorization"). If we ship you an incorrect or defective product, we will gladly replace the product or refund your money and pay shipping costs for the return. All other returns, if returned in resalable condition, are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (or 25% for previously new products that are now in used condition). - As applicable, replaced into the original packaging with as little damage to the packaging as possible
- Properly packed for safe shipping; keyboards returned in a Priority Mail envelope or FedEx Pak typically get bent during shipping, which will void the RMA
- With your RMA number enclosed or marked clearly on the outside of the shipping package. The RMA number helps assure that we credit you properly for the return.
